Terms of Service
Last updated: April 17, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Strixl Labs service and website at strixllabs.com(collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including by others who use your credentials. Notify us immediately at security@strixllabs.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload data you do not have the right to process (e.g., network captures from systems you are not authorized to monitor).
- Use the Service to facilitate unauthorized access to any system or network.
- Interfere with the Service, attempt to bypass rate limits, or disrupt other users.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or relabel the Service except as expressly permitted under an Enterprise agreement.
- Upload malware as a live payload. Samples in contained formats (e.g. PCAPs, logs) for analysis are permitted and expected.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of files you upload. You grant Strixl Labs a limited license to process those files for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your content to train models or to improve the Service for other customers.
4. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change pricing for new billing periods with at least 30 days’ notice. Existing paid customers are grandfathered in at their sign-up rate for 12 months from that change.
5. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available and performant but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may schedule maintenance, apply security patches, or temporarily suspend features without advance notice when required for stability or safety. Enterprise customers are covered by a separate Service Level Agreement.
6. Termination
You can terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that fail to pay fees when due, or that pose a material risk to the Service or other customers. Upon termination, your access ends and your data is deleted in accordance with the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Strixl Labs disclaims, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Strixl Labs is a detection tool, not a guarantee of detection. No detection engine catches every attack. You remain responsible for your organization’s security program and for the conclusions you draw from any output the Service produces.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strixl Labs’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Strixl Labs in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Strixl Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits.
9. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold Strixl Labs harmless from any claim arising from (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or (b) your upload or processing of data that you did not have the right to provide to the Service.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and Strixl Labs consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
